Global real estate advisory and management company CBRE has been appointed as property manager and marketing advisor for Andalusia Gardens, an extension to Bahrain’s Andalusia Complex, Trade Arabia reported on Sunday.

Andalusia Gardens is set to be a 1,800 square meter retail development in Zayed Town with a total leasable area of 1,296 square meters split between eight units.

The new development is scheduled for completion at the end of the first quarter of 2017.

CBRE so far manages eight commercial office properties, six retail developments and five residential buildings as well as a large industrial complex in Bahrain.
