CCR Developments partners with MRB Project Management to manage its Front Gate project at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest -Gate reports.

CCR Developments CEO Remon Taghian states that the main role of MRB Project Management is based on two main components. The first one is to review engineering drawings of the operational part of the project so that commercial units are distributed in the project; and design entrance and exit of each commercial unit to guarantee ease of operation and efficiency in performance. The second component is to carry out facility management for the project after its operation and maintenance work.

Additionally, Taghian says, “MRB Project Management is one of the distinguished companies in managing real estate projects, which has a specialized management system to maintain the investment value of properties.”

He further points out that the Front Gate project is located in a prime location, which is the first thing you see in NAC and situated on the Al Amal axis.

“The project site, design and construction, and quality are the main advantages offered by the company to its customers; therefore, CCR Developments cooperates with well-known company MRB to manage the project,” he comments.

Front Gate Project spans over 4,055 sqm, comprising commercial and administrative units as well as serviced apartments and consists of a ground floor and seven floors.  Moreover, Taghian explains that it is planned to begin the project delivery in September 2023 and complete the delivery of the entire project in early 2024.

He further adds that the ground, first, and second floors of the project are being allocated for commercial properties, meanwhile, the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors will be office spaces and clinics with separate entrances for both. ​Additionally, the seventh floor will be for serviced apartments.
