CCR Developments is preparing to launch its third real estate project in the New Administrative Capital, reaffirming its confidence in the city’s long-term growth potential and its ongoing strategy to meet rising demand for premium, mixed-use developments, Invest-Gate reports.
The company already owns two flagship projects in the New Capital, including Front Gate, a mixed-use complex comprising commercial, administrative, medical, and hotel units. Spanning 4,000 sqm, the project features a ground floor and seven upper levels, strategically located to serve the city’s growing population.
Dr. Remon Taghian, CEO of CCR Developments, stated that the upcoming third project will be situated near Mostakbal City, serving multiple key areas including the New Capital, Madinaty, and Mostakbal City itself. He confirmed that 100% of the concrete structure is completed, along with 60% of electromechanical work and over 70% of façade finishes.
In parallel, the company is also developing CORE, a commercial and administrative project located in R3 district at the intersection of two 70-meter-wide roads. Overlooking the main corridor of R3, the project links major landmarks such as Sports City, the Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, and the Central Business District. It lies just five minutes from the New Capital’s main gate.
Taghian emphasized CCR’s strong real estate legacy, with more than 40 years of experience, having developed over 150 standalone projects and 250 retail units in East Cairo before expanding into large-scale projects in the New Capital.
