Egypt-based Capital Construction and Real Estate (CCR) has announced the launch of Frontgate Mall in the New Administrative Capital’s (NAC) MU23 District, Invest-Gate reports.

Covering 4,000 square meters, and situated next to NAC’s Olympic Village, Frontgate Mall includes a number of commercial and medical units, with spaces ranging from 45 to 65 square meters, CCR said in a press release on July 16.

Units are offered at various feasible payment terms, up to a six-year installment period, with no down payment. Besides, the center will be operated with the most sophisticated technologies and equipped with a number of services and facilities, according to the statement.

Providing distinctive designs that give all properties direct access to the center’s entrance, Frontgate is nestled between the R2 and R3 residential neighborhoods, which is set to comprise a total of approximately 55,000 housing units.
