Center Point Development rolls out a new package of special and exclusive offers for its new project, Harmony Business Complex, in the NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

Harmony Business Complex is an administrative commercial project located in the Downtown, with a total area of 2,704 meters. The project features a ground floor and 10 floors, with total investments reaching EGP 450 mn.

Wael Ramadan, the company’s board member, says, “The company provides its clients with flexible and distinguished payment systems that align with their needs and investment plans. Moreover, offers a discount of up to 10% and installments up to 10 years, as the price starts from EGP 22,000 per administrative meter.”

The first floor is retail, the second is a Food Court, and the third, fourth, seventh, and eighth floors are fully finished administrative units, starting with 32 meters and each floor has a meeting room with 36 meters that accommodate more than 16 people.

As for the fifth and sixth floors, they offer large spaces suitable for major and foreign companies and the ninth and tenth floors are Co-Work spaces, which is unprecedented in Center Point.
