CenterPoint Development announces launching its new project in the NAC, Harmony Business Complex, in the Downtown, Invest-Gate reports.

Harmony Business Complex is an administrative and commercial that spans over an area of 2,704 sqm.

Wael Ramadan, Chairman of CenterPoint Development, says that the company had chosen the Downtown district as a start of its developments because of high demand over this unique area which is a gathering point for all commercial and administrative projects.

He notes that a contract is signed with Arcrete Engineering Consultants to be an engineering consultant for the project, with cooperation with MRB as the project manager, in addition to contracting with ProMEP, a leading electromechanical company, all of which enable the project to give an outcome with the best quality, design, and management of the operation.

Besides, he assures that the company is implementing the project raising the slogan “Luxury in your hands” to inform the client that he can get a luxury unit at the same time commensurate with his purchasing capabilities, and the project also introduces working in Co-Working Spaces, which will be managed by MRB for management and operation.

Abdullah Anwar, Centerpoint Board member, explains that the Harmony Business Complex project is in the heart of NAC’s Downtown, and is an administrative commercial project with a ground and 10 floors high.

He adds that the project is divided into two main parts, namely, shops and administrative units, as it overlooks 3 different corners, besides the project’s distinguished location contributes to reaching a number of vital areas in the capital within a few minutes.

He points out that the project is planned to be delivered within 4 years of contracting date with clients, praising the facilities provided by the NAC for Urban Development company to all investors to accelerate the rates of implementation.
