Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, states that the Central Agency for Reconstruction (CAR) complete 351 projects in 7 cities in Assiut in the first phase of the Decent Life presidential initiative to develop the Egyptian countryside, Invest-Gate reports.

El-Gazzar reveals that CAR is executing projects in 25 cities in 10 governorates, covering over 740 villages and their surrounding areas, under the first phase of the Decent Life initiative.

The projects include building civil and agricultural services complexes for citizens and developing youth centers, bridges, roads, and housing units.

Mahmoud Nassar, Head of CAR, says that Assiut’s planned and underway projects include building 35 civil services complexes and 30 agricultural services complexes.
