Ceremony Marks Completion of Concrete Structure for First Tower in New Alamein’s Downtown Tower Complex

Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has announced that two ceremonies were held to mark significant milestones in the development of New Alamein City, Invest-Gate reports.

The first ceremony celebrated the completion of the concrete structure of the first tower in the Downtown tower complex project, while the second ceremony involved the laying of the foundation stone for the Crystal artificial lake in the Downtown El Alamein project.

The ceremonies were attended by notable figures, including Yang Yi, the Consul General of China in Egypt, as well as officials from the Chinese company CSCEC, which is responsible for implementing both projects.

Other attendees included Abdel Muttalib Mamdouh, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and City Development Sector; Ahmed Omran and Kamal Bahgat, officials from the New Urban Communities Authority; Ahmed Ibrahim, Chairman of the New Alamein Authority; Hisham Sheta, Chairman of Income Egypt; Amr Sheta, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Income Egypt; Sherif Salem from Pinnacle Company; and Amr Abdel Salam, Project Manager at Dar Al-Handasah.

The Downtown area in New Alamein City features one iconic tower standing at a height of 250 meters, along with four additional towers reaching a height of 200 meters each. The project also includes an artificial crystal lagoon that offers various tourist services. These developments signify the progress in the construction and urban planning of New Alamein City.
