Al Ain Holding and Abu Dhabi-based Capital Group Properties are jointly inaugurating Al Burouj residential project in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

Construction is beginning on site to develop Smart Village East, El Sawy Culture Hub, Cadmus International Schools, Capital Health Medical Center, and Orchard Park. The project is located 20 minutes away from New Cairo.

“The company plans to develop Al Burouj as a community based on values of culture, education, smart businesses and a healthy way of life.” says CEO of Capital Group Properties (CGP) Walid El Hendi.
