CGP, Emarat Misr Partner to Set up Multi-Service Station at Alburouj 
Egypt’s community developer Capital Group Properties (CGP), a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Al Ain Properties, is partnering up with Emarat Misr to establish an a multi-service station at its Alburouj development in east Cairo, near Shorouk City, Invest-Gate reports.
The deal signing in Cairo was attended by CGP’s Deputy CEO (Development and Projects) Amgad Hassanein, Deputy CEO (Strategy and Operations) Ahmed Fathallah and Head of Development Ahmed Fathy, in addition to Emarat Misr General Manager Mohamed Gomaa, according to a press release on April 24.
CGP Head of Development Ahmed Fathy said in the press statement that building the full-service station is part of the company’s plans to create a thriving community at Alburouj complete with world-class amenities to ensure everyday convenience for residents, and comes as part of its preparations to begin the delivery of units to its clients.
On his part, Emarat Misr’s CEO Mohamed Gomaa noted,” Since we started operating in the country in 2005, we have sought to offer multi-service stations fitted with convenience stores, popular restaurants and set-in cafes to offer an enticing experience for our customers.” “We are looking forward to further partnerships with CGP in future projects,” he added.
