City Edge Developments Announces Management Changes

City Edge Developments (CED) has appointed Amgad Hassanein to the position of CEO to succeed Amr El Kady who has resigned his position, Invest-Gate reports.

Hassanein has founded and held leading positions in a number of renowned real estate development companies. He is also the vice chairman of the Real Estate Development Management Chamber and a board member of the Real Estate Investment Chamber at the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Hassan Ghanem has also been named CED’s new chairman to replace Mohamed El Alfy, according to the company’s statement on December 11.

Since January 2018, Ghanem served as the chairman and managing director of the Housing and Development Bank (HDB), CED said in a press release on December 11. Besides, Ghanem has extensive banking experience of more than 33 years, during which he held many executive titles in leading banks and financial institutions, the company added.
