City Edge Developments, one of Egypt’s largest real estate companies, has announced the launch of the Beachfront Towers project in New Alamein City, covering an area of 42,000 sqm, Invest-Gate reports.

The project features four international residential towers and a mixed-use podium. Units in one of the four towers will be available for sale starting from June 6, with attractive payment options of up to 10 years.

The Beachfront Towers project is situated in New Alamein City, offering captivating views of the Mediterranean Sea and artificial lakes. The towers, designed by renowned international firms, consist of four residential buildings of varying heights, ranging from 27 to 35 floors. In total, there are 848 residential units with floor areas ranging from 120 sqm to 680 sqm.

The podium provides services for residents and visitors, including sea-facing shops and a walkway overlooking the lagoon. The podium roof will be transformed into landscapes, gardens, water features, swimming pools, cafes, and restaurants.

City Edge Developments has achieved full sales of units in the North Edge and The Gate towers. In response to the high demand, the company is launching the first tower in the Beachfront Towers project, which is expected to be completed in 2025.

The tower encompasses an area of 49,000 sqm and comprises 180 residential units, 143 commercial units, and 656 parking spaces. The Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) oversees the tower’s implementation, while Hassan Allam Construction is responsible for the construction work.

Mohamed Eldahan, CEO of City Edge Developments, stated, “The company has kicked off the summer season of 2024 by launching the Beachfront Towers project in New Alamein City, providing a range of residential and commercial units for those interested.”

“We have commenced the sale of units in one of the towers, with the remaining towers to be offered consecutively in the near future. The company aims to achieve contractual sales worth EGP 45 bn throughout the year,” Eldahan added.
