City Edge Developments announces the launch of Mamsha AlMaqsad in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) on an area of 31 acres at the heart of AlMaqsad Residence, Invest-Gate reports.
The walkway includes many shops, administrative offices, and clinics that overlook recreational areas and green spaces that are characterized by a unique design. Mamsha AlMaqsad contains 24 buildings, with seven floors each, and offers retail units with an area of 33 m, in addition to offices and clinics that start from 26 m to 108 m. This attests the role of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and its vision for modern urban development.
Mohamed El-Mikawi, CEO of City Edge, says, “The urban development plan, placed by the Ministry of Housing and represented by NUCA where City Edge provides technical support and marketing, depends mainly on bringing integration in all aspects of the projects as well as the residential and non-residential areas. Mamsha AlMaqsad is located in the heart of the AlMaqsad Residences project, which is a mixed-use site, and it will be the first commercial center in the distinctive R3 area in the heart of the Administrative Capital.”
Mikawi adds, “City Edge was established in 2017 as an Egyptian joint stock company that was launched as a fruit of cooperation between NUCA and the Housing and Development Bank with the aim of achieving leadership in the fields of real estate development and asset management, according to the plans of the ministry and NUCA.”
It is planned that the mixed-use walkway will be a vital center for residents of NAC because it provides various spaces, whether for offices, clinics, retail stores and other facilities located near prominent landmarks such as the embassy district, the business district, the smart city and the airport.
