Egypt’s real estate developer City Edge Developments has recently launched its newest development in New Mansoura city, Zahya, aiming to “see the future come to life with a residential project bound to flourish amidst the bustling new capital of the Delta,” Invest-Gate reports.
“With a promise of a new future equipped with technological advancements, trade, commercial and retail opportunities, Zahya will only provide more clarity for the vision of this new city by housing its residents in homes that provide complete living experiences,” the developer said in a statement.
The first phase’s two 28-storey towers will encompass units ranging from 130 to 253 square meters, with varying modules.
City Edge achieved total sales of EGP 8.5 bn from its two other projects, North Edge Towers in New Alamein and ETAPA in Sheikh Zayed, the company said during a press conference held on September 27 to reveal the latest updates on its projects to be showcased at the Cityscape Global 2018 exhibition, according to a statement published on their official Facebook page.
During the conference, the developer uncovered its latest project in the New Administrative Capital, Baroque, which is also showcased at the exhibition held from October 2 to 4 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
