City Edge Developments signs an agreement with MGM Health & Wellness in preparation for the opening of The Zen Wellness Resort in New Aswan city, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, MGM will manage and operate the project which is slated for inauguration in 2023.

Mohamed El-Dahan, CEO of City Edge Developments, says that The Zen Wellness Resort is one of the company’s most important projects, adding that the project provides unique health activities and projects.

For his part, Mohamed Mohey, CEO of MGM Health & Wellness, notes that the cooperation aims to provide the company’s services in the areas of hospitality and sustainable recovery programs.

It is worth noting that The Zen Wellness Resort New Aswan is situated on 200 feddans and includes 150 luxury villas. The project also comprises green spaces, a swimming pool, four restaurants, shops, and a theatre.
