City Edge Developments CEO Amr El Kady says his company intends to pump EGP 1 bn investments in Sheikh Zayed’s Etapa project in west Cairo next year, Invest-Gate reports.

El Kady also reveals that the company has achieved EGP 11 bn in sales of its projects in 2018.

City Edge has launched some projects in New Alamein, New Mansoura, and Sheikh Zayed cities during 2018, he points out, noting “the company will soon unveil new projects in 2019.”

Regarding Baroque project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), El Kady states “[City Edge] did not set a date for the launch of Baroque yet.”

He elaborates that the company has made considerable accomplishments through the skyscrapers of New Alamein city – North Edge Towers.

In addition, the CEO shows his optimism on the growth of real estate sector in 2019 and says, “The market in 2019, is expected to witness a continuous demand. Meanwhile, challenges are the stability of clients’ purchasing power.”
