Egypt-based City Line Developments has finalized construction works on phase I of Blue Valley resort, located in New Alamein, North Coast, which was carried out within record time in less than two years, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning across four acres, Blue Valley’s first phase boasts 550 residential units of various sizes, ranging from 50 to 110 square meters, in addition to several commercial and recreational facilities, Arafa El Sayed, the company’s chairman, revealed in a press statement on August 25.

El Sayed further stated that the project’s concrete structures and finishing works are completely done, pointing out that construction works were carried out by a sister contracting company, which provided the most advanced equipment and highest quality.

The entire four-phase development covers an area of 20 acres, featuring a 4,000-square-meter commercial walkway that offers an integrated set of facilities to Blue Valley’s residents and locals of neighboring areas, City Line CEO Mahmoud El Ruby said.

Previously, the real estate developer had delivered an array of residential and administrative projects in Mohandessin, Giza Governorate, along with El Montaza Heights in Alexandria. It further plans to extend its land portfolio and expand its business on the North Coast.
