The first and second day of Cityscape 2022 saw a great turnout in participants, following the opening that took place on September 21st at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC). The exhibition is organized by Informa Markets, the leading exhibition organizer worldwide, Invest-Gate reports.
The exhibition’s 11th edition witnessed record sales from exhibitors and an unprecedented number of visitors on the first day, surpassing all the previous editions.
“We are extremely excited to see such interest from the visitors and investors attending Cityscape 2022. The event came as real estate experts forecast a resurgence of the market by the last quarter of the year incentivized by governmental regulatory reforms and local financial sector enhancements,” Robier Daniel, Cityscape Exhibition Manager, states.
Khaled Abbas, chairman of the NAC, and Abubakar Abu Bakr Sarr, Ambassador of Senegal in Cairo, in addition to other high-profile visitors from the real estate industry, visited the exhibition on the first day.
Cityscape 2022 spans over 23,000 sqm, with four exhibition halls, and features more than 70 real estate developers, brokers, architects, and consultants.
Chris Speller, vice president of Cityscape, states, “We are very excited for this edition of Cityscape, where Egypt represents one of the key strategic real estate players in the region, we also see incredible value in hosting the event to connect the leading developers, investors, homebuyers, and government entities all in one place to create opportunities, collaborations, and future growth prospects”.
“This year, the exhibition witnessed a 10% increase in exhibitor number, including a strong presence from international developers coming from Greece, Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates, and Qatar,” Speller adds.
The exhibition’s first day witnessed a 30% increase in attendee numbers, which promises a very strong turnout for the remaining days of the exhibition.
Over four days, visitors, investors, and real estate professionals will take advantage of expert advice, exclusive projects, and special Cityscape offers on residential, commercial, hospitality, administrative, and retail classes.
