Cityscape Egypt 2023 Exhibition, held under the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities auspices, kicked off on September 20, 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The 12th edition is organized by Informa Markets, a global leader in exhibition management, and will run until September 23 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo.

Waleed Abbas, Supervisor of Minister of Housing office, Assistant Minister of Housing for the Affairs of NUCA  & the supervisor of planning and projects sector, inaugurated the exhibition. In his opening speech, he emphasized the important role played by the real estate sector in the national economy, contributing significantly to the gross domestic product and providing job opportunities in various sectors such as construction and industry.

He added that Cityscape plays a vital role in attracting investments to the real estate sector and increasing demand for property ownership for residential or investment purposes. It also provides insights into the current and future developments in the sector.

Moreover, Abbas highlighted that the Cityscape Talks 2023 platform, organized throughout the exhibition days, brings together experts from the real estate sector, government sectors, investors, and decision-makers. It will play a crucial role in discussing the future of the sector.

Also, Cityscape will cover various significant topics, such as the role of the Egyptian government in supporting the real estate sector, investment prospects in the sector, available financing options for real estate developers, and the role of banks in different funding approaches and investor preferences.

Notably, over 70 developers participated in the Cityscape 2023 exhibition, showcasing many real estate projects with modern international architectural designs. The exhibition provides an opportunity for communication, exchange of expertise, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the real estate sector for all stakeholders interested in this strategic field.
