The 12th edition of Cityscape Egypt, the largest and most important real estate exhibition in Egypt and Africa, organized by Informa Markets, a global leader in exhibition organization, will kick off on September 20, 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The event is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo.

It will bring together key industry experts in Egypt, including Dr. Waleed Abbas, Supervisor of the Minister of Housing Office and Assistant Minister for Housing Affairs of NUCA, who will open the exhibition and visit the booths of various real estate developers.

Over 70 exhibitors from top real estate companies in Egypt and the world will participate in Cityscape Egypt 2023, showcasing many projects and residential communities built according to the latest and most sophisticated global designs. The exhibition covers an area of 35,000 sqm, divided into four covered halls, and is expected to attract over 20,000 visitors during its four-day duration.

The exhibition features the Cityscape Talks platform, which aims to discuss the most important developments in the sector among experts from the public and private sectors, as well as the future of the sector in Egypt, building standards, modern project designs, and activities and events organized on the sidelines of the exhibition.

The exhibition offers many opportunities for visitors and those interested in purchasing and owning residential units in the showcased real estate projects. Participating companies also provide discounts and special payment facilities for cash and installment purchases.

The exhibition is expected to witness a significant presence of investors, real estate developers, clients, and the public.
