Informa Markets, a globally acclaimed leader in exhibition organization, has revealed plans for the most extensive edition of Cityscape to date, Invest-Gate reports.
The 13th edition of this prestigious event is set to occur from September 25 to 28 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo.
Concurrently, the Cityscape Egypt Conference will reconvene as a prime platform, uniting leading real estate investors, decision-makers, and industry experts to deliberate on the pivotal role of the real estate sector in bolstering the national economy amidst current global challenges.
With editions held in Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, Cityscape stands as the premier real estate events portfolio in the MENA region, dedicated to nurturing a network of real estate developers and investors.
Cityscape Egypt holds particular significance, providing a platform to explore distinctive investment prospects and stay abreast of the latest developments in the Egyptian and regional real estate landscapes. Notably, the real estate sector made a substantial contribution to Egypt’s GDP, amounting to 20% in 2023.
Over the years, the exhibition has garnered robust backing from both the public and private sectors, reflecting their confidence in its success. The 13th edition anticipates drawing a diverse audience of over 40,000 attendees, comprising prominent investors, real estate developers, and decision-makers. Participants will have the chance to engage with more than 80 significant real estate developers and delve into over 1,000 distinguished real estate projects.
The forthcoming Cityscape Egypt Conference, slated for September 19, will be hosted at the Four Seasons in Downtown Cairo under the theme “Unveiling Egypt’s Real Estate Renaissance: Building Tomorrow’s Landscape.”
The conference aims to tackle challenges encountered by developers and the broader real estate community in Egypt. It will delve into the resurgence of Egypt’s real estate sector, exploring governmental initiatives to fortify the sector and the requisite financing mechanisms for its sustained expansion.
Esteemed industry experts will lead discussions on pressing topics and promising opportunities in Egypt and the MENA region’s real estate market, encompassing real estate finance, investment funds, regulation of brokers, land acquisition opportunities in Egypt, and investment prospects in hospitality, administrative, and commercial offices. The conference will also address key trends like property technology, digitization, sustainability initiatives, and green building methods.
For the first time, Cityscape will feature the “Egypt Proptech Challenge” powered by PROPTEX, a Proptech Acceleration Program supporting startups in digital transformation and real estate technology across the MENA region.
Additionally, the Cityscape Talks platform, successfully inaugurated in 2023, will continue on the second and third days, serving as an Egyptian forum for discussion sessions focusing on consumer-centric topics to address key challenges encountered by homebuyers and real estate investors.
