Cityscape Egypt 2025, the region’s most prominent real estate event, will be held under the auspices of the Egyptian Cabinet and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Invest-Gate reports.
Organized by Informa, the exhibition enters its 14th edition and will take place from 24–27 September at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo, showcasing over 1,000 projects from more than 80 local and international developers. The event is expected to attract 40,000+ visitors, including regional investors, business leaders, and homebuyers.
Ahead of the exhibition, the Cityscape Summit will convene on 23 September at the St. Regis Hotel in the New Capital. The high-level forum will feature 30+ speakers from Egypt and the Middle East, addressing public–private collaboration, real estate economics, and strategies to foster a more attractive investment climate.
This year’s edition introduces an International Pavilion, enabling participation from global developers, further reinforcing Cityscape’s role as a gateway for international investment into Egypt’s real estate market.
Complementing the exhibition, Cityscape Talks will host panel discussions and interactive workshops on pressing sector topics, including sustainability, smart cities, branded residences, fractional ownership, and Egypt’s property investment outlook.
Adding an innovative edge, the Egypt Proptech Challenge—organized in partnership with 500 Global—will spotlight startups from Egypt, the GCC, and Africa. Finalists will present solutions in PropTech, ConTech, sustainability, and smart city development, with winners gaining the opportunity to showcase projects at the next Cityscape edition.
With a focus on driving investment and innovation, Cityscape Egypt 2025 reaffirms its position as the premier platform for shaping the future of Egypt’s real estate landscape.
