Cityscape Egypt 2025 Kicks Off with 30 Speakers to Position Egypt as a Regional and Global Real Estate Investment Hub

The preparatory summit for Cityscape Egypt 2025 opened today at the St. Regis Hotel in the New Capital, ahead of the exhibition’s launch tomorrow at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC). Now in its 14th edition, Cityscape is Egypt’s leading real estate platform, held under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, organized by Informa in collaboration with the New Administrative Capital Authority, Invest-Gate reports.

This year’s summit features more than 30 speakers, including senior government officials, developers, and real estate experts from Egypt and the wider Middle East. The event serves as a strategic platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and shaping new trends to strengthen investor confidence and attract regional and international investment.

Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Chairman of Mena for Real Estate Development Consultancy, said the summit has become one of the most influential real estate gatherings in Egypt and the region. He emphasized its role as a strategic meeting point for developers, investors, and innovators, creating new investment opportunities and driving Egypt’s economic and urban development.

Dr. AbdelKhalek Ibrahim, Assistant Minister of Housing for Technical Affairs, noted that Egypt is now reaping the benefits of its urban development vision after a decade of sustained work under Egypt Vision 2030. He highlighted the success of public-private partnerships, which have expanded to nearly 100 projects, and stressed the need for new financing tools such as real estate funds. Ibrahim also underlined the importance of green building strategies, the transformation of new cities into economic hubs, and the impact of flagship projects like Ras El Hekma and the New Capital.

The summit’s agenda covers global economic trends, Gulf capital inflows, urban development, healthcare, tourism, logistics, and real estate technologies such as PropTech and fractional ownership. Discussions also address opportunities in the retail and hospitality sectors, as well as strategies to boost Egypt’s competitiveness as a regional investment hub.

Cityscape Egypt 2025 officially opens on September 24 and runs until September 27 at EIEC, bringing together leading developers from Egypt and abroad to showcase their latest projects, with this year’s edition featuring a new international pavilion.
