Cityscape Egypt will launch its ninth edition at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) from March 18 to 21, wherein over 62 local and international exhibitors will take part and new projects will be unveiled, Invest-Gate reports.

“There are promising signs that Egypt’s real estate is witnessing a resurgence. These figures will come as a welcome encouragement for real estate developers and industry professionals in the country, with many looking to capitalize on this upward trend in 2020,” said Chris Speller, Cityscape Group Director of Informa Markets.

In addition, the Cityscape Egypt Conference will run at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza from March 16 to 17, under the theme of “The Future is Now,” where keynote speakers and experts will share their views about the global macroeconomic trends and their implications on the Egyptian market, as well as shed light on the opportunities in such conditions.

Cityscape Awards for Real Estate, to be held at Four Seasons Nile Plaza on March 17, will celebrate excellence in local real estate development and architecture, recognizing the best-in-class built and future projects across 20 different categories. This is in addition to some other new categories, namely Best Media and Communications, as well as Best Technology in Real Estate and Affordable Housing.
