Cityscape Egypt to Unveil New Real Estate Projects in 2017

Cityscape Egypt is to exhibit various new real estate projects from an array of developers, including coastal residences, modern villas, and affordable apartments at its real estate industry event of the year on March 31, Invest-Gate reports.

“Despite challenges in the real estate market, revealing new residential projects in the show is evidence to a steadfast demand,” says Tom Rhodes, exhibition director of Cityscape Global in Egypt.

The exhibition will host 90 exhibitors, 20 of which are new exhibitors including CBRE, Mangroovy Residences, Ardic for Real Estate Development, Avenues Real Estate, and El Nasr Housing Development.

This year, Cityscape is to shed light on other projects, including Ardic’s Zizinia El Mostakbal project, which is due for completion in 2020 and spreads on 70 acres, featuring 1,800 apartments, according to Cityscape Egypt statement.

At the show, Tabarak Developments will reveal the third phase of Ninety Avenue. Dar Al Maghraby will offer special prices for its TurQuoise project located in the North Coast and Murooj residential project located in 6th of October City.

Hyde Park, a prominent Egyptian developer, will launch the second phase of Park Corner in its Hyde Park New Cairo project, which spreads on 320,000 square meters. The company is also to reveal plans for its upcoming project in the North Coast.

Cityscape Egypt will also host ‘Cityscape Egypt Awards’ sponsored by JLL, an investment management firm. The competition is to provide world architects and real estate developers a chance to share their development vision; nominees for the award are to be announced on March 8.
