Claro® Expands into Gulf with UAE Office Launch

Egypt-based real estate advisory firm Claro has officially entered the Gulf market with the opening of its first office in the United Arab Emirates, Invest-Gate reports.
The move comes as part of the company’s broader expansion strategy aimed at meeting the growing demand for professional valuation and consultancy services across the region.

“This expansion reinforces our commitment to becoming the trusted partner for investors and clients,” the company said in a statement, highlighting its approach of combining in-depth market analysis, expert knowledge, and international best practices.

Claro® is recognised as the first Egyptian real estate platform to obtain international accreditation, holding a licence from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and membership in the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). The company is also accredited by Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (EFSA) and Dubai’s Land Department, enabling it to offer certified property consultancy services across multiple jurisdictions.

Its offerings include smart, tech-driven tools tailored to developers, brokers, and investors—such as advanced market analysis reports, property performance enhancement tools, and accurate asset valuation services. One of its core services, “Fair Value,” delivers scientifically backed property evaluations aligned with global standards.

Among Claro’s signature innovations is the “Value Map,” which provides users with a detailed breakdown of real estate prices across various locations, including per-square-metre analysis and dynamic market indicators. Another tool, “Claro Clock,” categorises areas based on their real estate lifecycle stages—from emerging to renewal—giving users data-driven insights to inform buying or selling decisions.

The company also employs AI to analyse real estate, economic, and social data for risk-aware investment recommendations.
