As part of its participation in Cityscape Egypt, which runs from November 4 to 7, Coldwell Banker-Egypt announced the launch of its latest privilege “CB * Club” program, Invest-Gate reports.
The new service, powered by Contact, will provide customers with exclusive offerings from various vendors covering all home needs such as financials, designs, finishing/furnishing, appliances, and insurance to exclusive interest rates, distinct discounts, and multiple installment services that suit all income levels, according to a recent press release.
“CB * Club program aims to revolutionize the traditional concept of the real estate sector and keep pace with the rapid development happening in the Egyptian market,” Deputy CEO and Vice Chairman of Coldwell Banker-Egypt Mohamed Saada was quoted as saying.
“The conditions for participating in the new CB * Club program entails that the subscriber should be a customer of Coldwell Banker Egypt and the purchased units should be in one of the real estate projects that the company cooperates with such as the renowned developers; Palm Hills Developments, Mountain View, Tatweer Misr, Ora Developers, Orascom Development, Marakez, and more,” Saada noted.
Karim Zain, the company’s CEO, stated, “As a global company, we are always keen to accommodate the rapid change of customer’s needs, especially in a promising market such as the Egyptian one. From here came the company’s interest in covering more than 300 distinct projects in New Cairo, North Coast, Red Sea, 6th of October City, New Administrative Capital, and Mostakbal City.”
