Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the New Aswan City Development Authority will commence the handover of distinctive residential plots of land in the Fourth District of New Aswan City to their occupants on specific days, starting on Sunday, May 26, 2024, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Abdel Azim, head of the New Aswan City Development Authority, provided details, stating that plots of land in the seventh vicinity, ranging from 1 to 11, as well as plots from 14 to 20, will be delivered on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

Moreover, Plots from 21 to 40 will be handed over on Monday, May 27, 2024, followed by plots from 41 to 55 and from 57 to 60 on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Plots from 61 to 80 will be delivered on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, and plots from 81 to 100 on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

Abdel Azim explained that plots from 101 to 118 will be handed over on Sunday, June 2, 2024. Plots from 120 to 146 will be delivered on Monday, June 3, 2024, followed by plots from 147 to 168 on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. The plots from 169 to 177 will be handed over on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, and the plots in the eighth vicinity, specifically from 23 to 25, on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
