Badr City sold 18 commercial units and two pharmacies in a public lottery last week, with commercial units sold at a price EGP 33,000 per square meter and the pharmacies sold for EGP 50,100 per square meter, Al Mal reports.
The city has also conducted a lottery for a sports court and a cafeteria, both encompassing a total area of 1336 square meters.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities had previously offered commercial units, ranging from 15 to 209 square meters for auction, in an effort to receive benefits over three years, according to a statement released by the Ministry.
