A total of 30 commercial units were sold in a public auction in Sadat City on Thursday, with prices ranging between EGP 2,600 and EGP 6,000 per meter square, reported Al Mal.

The office units were offered with floor plans ranging from 63 square meters to 133 square meters, located near commercial and residential areas, according to Mohamed Ashour, head of the Sadat City Authority.

The authority sold 23 retail stores, two pharmacies with floor plans ranging from 11 square meters to 96 square meters, and an agricultural land plot measuring 10 acres.

The retail stores were sold at the auction at prices ranging from EGP 7,000 to 28,000 per square meter, and the pharmacies were sold at prices ranging from EGP 28,000 to EGP 40,000 per square meter, Ashour added.
