Concept Developments delivers Phase I of Siela project in North Coast, with a total of 215 units with various spaces, Invest-Gate reports.

Ehab Aboelmagd, chairman of Concept Developments, explains that Siela project spans over 10 acres, and comprises about 600 units, besides commercial and entertainment. The project also includes chalets starting from 50 sqm to 120 sqm. Siela project features a variable package of services, including an artificial sea, a waterfall, a dancing fountain, a commercial center, and an aquapark.

Moreover, Siela’s phase I includes a swimming pool, a children’s pool, kids’ area, a projector cinema, and a natural sea beach for the owners.

Aboelmagd points out that work is carried out in the project’s phases II & III according to a specific plan, in order to deliver and operate the units according to the dates agreed upon with clients. The units’ finishing is also completed and the facilities are connected in each residential building, thus the possibility of use due to the availability of services, landscape, and swimming pools in the project.

Additionally, Aboelmagd assures that the North Coast sees strong demand from clients during the summer, especially with the availability of services in the region and the inauguration roads that facilitate access to it. The North Coast also witnesses a great demand as a result of the growth in construction and implementation in New Alamein, which will achieve the state’s plan to operate that region throughout the year and not only during summer.
