Concept Real Estate Group plans to initially hand over Siela Resort’s units, on the North Coast, by the end of this year, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s chairman Ehab Abou El Magd said in a statement on July 24 that the company plans to develop a similar project on the North Coast, and it is currently studying the legal situation of the offered lands and will make its final decision it by early next year.

Located in Kilo 57 on Alexandria-Matrouh Road, the project spans across an area of 10 acres and includes 600 chalets areas in areas ranging from 50 to 120 square meters, with a construction rate of 28%.

To meet various needs of clients, the project boasts commercial and administrative units, as well as a wide range of services.

Abou El Magd said that the project is being developed over three phases, noting that the company’s sales to foreigners and Arabs accounted for about 10% of its total sales.

He further disclosed that New Alamein will receive great attention from customers abroad, backed by the state’s efforts in terms of planning and progress in construction works.
