Concord for Real Estate Developments plans to open a new branch in New Cairo during 2021, as part of the company’s expansion plan, and aims to increase contracts with real estate development companies by 40% this year, Invest-Gate reports.

Nelly Hammad, CEO of Concord for Real Estate Developments, states the company is close to completing the opening of a new company branch in New Cairo. This in addition to Concord Developments headquarters in Nasr City, as part of the company’s expansion strategy in combining the volume of projects developed by the state and the private sector in East Cairo.

The CEO of the company explains that Concord seeks during the coming period to add new marketing services within the company’s strategy, to achieve sale targets of real estate development companies, especially in the East Cairo area, which witnesses competition between developers.

Hammad adds that the company intends to acquire a selling share in the New Administrative Capital, especially with approaching opening and operation of the project during the current year.

All in addition to the amount of real estate projects being implemented, and the presence of different real estate products suiting current market needs.

Mohamed Hammad, chairman of Concord, notes that the company plans to increase its contracts by 40% with real estate development companies, whether in the New Administrative Capital, Galala City and Ain Sokhna during the current year.

Hammad concludes that market studies are developed for real estate and tourism projects, developing East Cairo, Galala and Sokhna regions, especially since the company seeks to achieve sales targets of real estate companies contracted during the current year, in addition to doubling its sales contracts.
