According to Omar El Masry, Community Program Director at Connect Homes, the new app addresses daily challenges faced by freelancers by offering an integrated, tech-driven solution that enhances efficiency, transparency, and productivity.

The application provides comprehensive data on real estate projects from all developers in the market, featuring smart classification tools, a daily updated inventory system, and easy search filters by area, price, or location. It also includes advanced features such as instant commission calculation, direct communication with developers, and the ability to send detailed offers directly to clients — all through a user-friendly interface.

El Masry emphasized that the platform aims to create a more professional environment for freelancers, enabling them to manage their business seamlessly and achieve higher financial returns.
