Construction and Design Company (CONSTEC), an Egyptian joint stock contracting company, signed an EGP 100 million contract to build touristic units in Porto Sokhna, Talaat Fawzy, CONSTEC’s Managing Director told Amwal Al Ghad.

The units will be delivered fully finished within 18 months, said Fawzy.

In addition, the company will deliver 100 luxurious units with different spaces in favor of SODIC company in two years time.

CONSTEC is currently studying and negotiating with real estate companies to develop luxurious and middle housing projects.
