Constructa for Design, Construction, and Project Management has sponsored “Negm El Arab” festival, organized by What Happens magazine, whereby it handed special awards to the event’s superstars, Invest-Gate reports.

Constructa’s Chairman Bahgat Sabry awarded some winning Egyptian artists with an EGP-200,000 discount on any unit in “The Walk,” the developer’s flagship in the new capital, according to a post on the project’s official LinkedIn page on December 10.

The winning stars include Asser Yassin, Tamer Hosny, and Arwa Gouda.

The Walk is the very first commercial and administrative mall in the New Administrative Capital (NAC). It will be located a few minutes away from the Fifth Settlement and Suez road and in close proximity to NAC’s Business District, Smart Village, and the Green River area.

In order to fulfill both investors and residents’ needs together, The Walk will be situated between R2 and R3 residential districts. Aiming to provide a mix between investment and entertainment, the mall will have three commercial floors, five administrative floors, and a basement.

The mall will provide an environmentally friendly experience, as it will operate with solar power energy. It will encompass exceptional facilities such as a stage for entertainment events, a rooftop, digital billboards, a kids’ area, and multi-purpose halls.
