Constructa for Design, Construction, and Project Management has revealed its latest project, The Walk, in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

To be the first mall in the new capital, The Walk will located few minutes away from the 5th settlement and Suez road, and very close to the Central Business District, the Smart Village, and the Green River area.

In order to fulfill both investors and residents’ needs together, The Walk will be situated between R2 and R3 residential areas.  

Using unique materials, The Walk’s design will balance between building and services areas.

In order to provide a mix between investment and entertainment, the mall will have three commercial floors, five administrative floors, and a basement.

The mall will encompass exceptional facilities such as a stage for entertainment events, a rooftop, digital billboards, kids area, and multi-purpose halls. 

Mobile charging stations will be also installed in the mall as well as a free Wi-Fi service.

The mall will provide an environmentally friendly experience, as it will operate with solar power energy.
