Dubai-based contracting company Al-Hamd Group begins the construction of 2,550 hotel apartments in ISuites Project in Dubai Investment Parks that is developed by Schön Properties, Invest-Gate reports.

The project, which is worth USD 870 mn, is expected to feature 52 restaurants, outdoor cafes, and a shopping mall spanning an area of 125,000 square feet, according to a released statement.

The project is expected to be connected with Expo 2020 site, Al-Maktoum International Airport, among others through the new Dubai Metro Line.
