Construction & Housing Company will implement phase II of Hayah Karima initiative’s projects in five governorates, with more than EGP 2.5 bn investments, Invest-Gate reports.

The company clarifies that 100% of the networks for four villages in Gharbia are completed, namely Kafr Ghazi, Kafr Sanbo, Shamara, and Kafr Ismail. The implementation rate of the network works for Kafr Hanoun village reached 95%. Moreover, the work of stations and construction of sewage and water stations is underway.

As for the seven villages of Kafr El-Sheikh, the implementation rate reached 90% in the networks and matching works, with around EGP 439 mn.

Additionally, about 100% of the facilities networks of Kafr Shamara village in Gharbia are completed, as well as the networks of the facilities of Kafr Sinbo village. Also, about 100% of the facilities networks of Kafr Ismail village are completed.

Construction & Housing Company affirms that 90% of Kafr Hanoun’s networks and facilities are completed and 100% of Kafr Ghazi are completed ahead of schedule by 15 months.

The company also implements sewage, water and infrastructure works for about 14 villages within Hayah Karima initiative with total investments of EGP 750 mn.
