Construction of Dubai’s Mirdif Hills Completed by 30%

Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC) said on Tuesday that work on its AED 3 bn freehold project, Mirdif Hills, is 30% completed, Trade Arabia reports.

The structural work on the project’s clusters – Janayen Avenue, Nasayem Avenue and Multaqa Avenue – is progressing as per schedule, according to Obaid Mohammed Al Salami, the general manager of DIRC.

The project includes a four-star hotel by Millennium Hotels and Resorts with 116 rooms and 128 serviced apartments, retail units, a 230-bed hospital and around 1,500 apartments – a mix of studio, one, two, three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, a statement from DIRC says.

The statement adds that the construction of Janayen Avenue is 31% complete including the fourth-floor slabs, while Nasayem Avenue is 34% completed, with fourth floor slabs.

The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works have started on the Nasayem project, while the construction work on Multaqa Avenue is still in its preliminary stages.

Overlooking Dubai’s Mushrif Park with close proximity to Dubai International Airport, leading business districts and shopping malls, Mirdif Hills is expected to be fully completed in the second quarter of 2019.

Mirdif Hills offers a flexible payment plan which includes 30% payment during the construction phase over 18 months and the remaining 70% payment on handover.
