Construction of New Administrative Capital’s Infinity Tower Over 70% Complete

Coinciding with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s inauguration for a new presidential term and the announcement of the opening of the first phase of the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Infinity Towers for Urban Development has announced a significant milestone regarding its mixed-use Infinity Tower project, Invest-Gate reports.

Situated in the Central Business District (CBD) of the NAC, the Infinity Tower project has witnessed swift progress, demonstrating excellence in complying with the timeline specified by the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) with construction over 70% complete. Currently, the tower stands at a height of 160 meters above the ground.

Assaad Salama, Managing Director of Infinity Towers for Urban Development, emphasized that the Infinity Tower project was designed in collaboration with the renowned Canadian architectural and engineering firm NORR, which has been the recipient of numerous prestigious international awards. This collaboration has resulted in an exceptional design that sets the Infinity Tower project apart from other developments in Egypt, transforming it into not just an architectural structure, but a role model in the field of sustainable architecture.

Salama further announced that the company has obtained registration approval from the US Green Building Council to attain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certification. This achievement positions the Infinity Tower project as an exemplar of sustainable architecture.

Additionally, Salama highlighted that the accomplishment attained by Infinity Towers reaffirms the company’s leadership and innovation in the high-rise tower real estate development industry. It reflects their unwavering commitment to achieving sustainable success and delivering added value to investors and society at large.

Furthermore, Infinity Towers for Urban Development provided details regarding the project’s timeline. The first phase of the Infinity Tower project is expected to be delivered by the end of this year, followed by the trial operation of the first phase in mid-2025. The project is scheduled to be fully operational by the beginning of 2026.
