Construction works on Hamptons International’s The Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa is to kick off with its appointed enabling works contractor Middle East Foundation Group, according to a press release.

The project is spread on 255,000 square meters, offering two towers with three-storey- units, a 183-rooms and suites hotel along with attached serviced and residential apartments.

The enabling works for the development include 22 kilometers of bored piling and excavation of over 222,000 cubic meters of earth for the three basement levels.

The Address is located on Jumeirah Beach Walk, within a walking distance of Dubai Marina Walk, Jumeirah Beach Walk and The Beach, and overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina. Sales for the project already commenced last October 2016.
