Construction works have officially begun for the first phase of Citystars Park St., one of the most prominent mixed use projects in New Cairo, with investments exceeding EGP 100 billion. The project is being developed by Sky Innovo Developments, a subsidiary of Sky Investments Holding, in a step that reflects the project’s vision of offering an integrated destination that combines business, hospitality, and upscale living within one environment according to international standards, Invest-Gate reports.

Park St. Signature Offices and Supporting Services

The first phase includes Park St. Signature managed offices, operated according to hospitality standards, offering a variety of office spaces, in addition to Presidential Offices designed to provide the highest levels of privacy for senior executives and companies. The project also includes a comprehensive range of facilities and services, including meeting rooms, shared business areas, and a SPA, in addition to Restaurants & Cafés, enhancing the work environment and improving quality of life within an integrated destination that combines business and luxury in one place.

Integrated Fairmont System

The first phase also includes the integrated Fairmont system managed by Fairmont, which includes a luxury hotel spanning more than 33,000 square meters and featuring 174 rooms, in addition to premium Branded Residences extending over 76,596 square meters, as well as more than 80 Extended Stay Units designed to meet the needs of senior executives and long-term residents. The system provides an integrated experience that combines global hospitality and upscale living, supported by a range of facilities and services including a SPA, GYM, and an indoor swimming pool, enhancing quality of life within the project.

Project Specifications and Sustainability Standards

Citystars Park St. extends over an area of 140,000 square meters, with a total built-up area of approximately 560,000 square meters, featuring a main frontage of 1.2 kilometers on the Ring Road. The project provides around 5,000 parking spaces, enhancing accessibility and movement within the destination. The project is being developed according to sustainability standards and LEED certification, with a smart architectural design aimed at improving energy efficiency and maintaining a balanced environment throughout the day.

The project enjoys a strategic location at the entrance of New Cairo, approximately 20 minutes from Cairo International Airport, 25 minutes from Nasr City, 30 minutes from Maadi, 35 minutes from the American University in Cairo, and 40 minutes from Sheikh Zayed City. This strengthens its position as a key destination for business, hospitality, and modern living, with easy access to the city’s most important landmarks.
