Contact Developments announces that it starts executing concrete works for its Mercury Business Complex project in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

Located at 2,800 sqm in the Downtown area, the project comprises a ground and 10 recurrent floors, including 282 residential units.

Ahmed Fikry, Chairman of Contact Developments, says works at the concrete foundations are completed.

He reveals that 30% of Mercury Business Complex’s construction is completed.

Fikry notes that that despite the significant increase in the prices of building materials, the company was able to provide the necessary raw materials for more than 60% of ordinary works, adding that contracts are underway for the rest of the inputs in order to ensure compliance with the preset schedules and quality levels.
