The first phase of the Quan Iconic Tower project by Contact Developments is sold out with contractual sales of around EGP 620 mn, according to the company’s official press release, Invest-Gate reports.

According to Contact Developments CEO Ahmed Fekry says, “The first phase witnessed a high demand on its units, featuring administrative, medical, and commercial use.”

The EGP 1.5bn- project occupies an area of ​​10,531 sqm and consists of 25 floors with a height of 100 m. Quan Iconic Tower, located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), features a podium with a ground floor and two floors for commercial use along with three other internal floors with sizes ranging between 35 sqm to 900 sqm.

Ahmed Wagdy, director of the marketing sector at the company, explains that the current marketing plan is to launch the second phase soon in order to meet the growing demand for commercial and administrative units.
