The Saudi Egyptian Developers Company continued to achieve strong operational performance that reflects efficiency in execution and speed of delivery, as Eng. Mohamed El-Taher, the company’s CEO, confirmed its success in doubling the rate of unit handovers to its clients during 2025, after delivering more than 3,000 units during the year, bringing the total number of units delivered over the past five years to more than 6,500 residential units across its various projects nationwide, Invest-Gate reports.
El-Taher explained that these results come within the framework of the company’s strategy aimed at accelerating project execution at the highest quality standards, despite the challenges facing the real estate market, stressing that customer trust represents the main pillar of the company’s success and continued growth.
Strong Operational Performance Reflecting Execution Efficiency and Customer Trust
Regarding the company’s projects, he pointed to the successful delivery of a number of distinguished developments, most notably the “Sawary” project in New Alexandria City with a total of 2,265 units, and the “IL Latini” project in New Alamein City with a total of 1,116 units, in addition to the “La Plage” projects in Marina.
At the level of Greater Cairo, the company has completed the delivery of 1,379 units in the “Jayd” project in New Cairo, in addition to 660 units in the “Arabesque” project in New Fustat, and 405 units in the “Blue vert” project in the New Capital, as well as 183 units in the “Nile Pearl” project on Maadi Corniche, in addition to other deliveries in the “Lake Dream” project in 6th of October City in Giza Governorate.

Geographical Expansion and an Integrated Execution and Management Strategy
Regarding projects in the governorates, El-Taher explained that the company has delivered units in several developments, including the “Zahrt Assiut” project in Assiut Governorate with a total of 244 units, and the “Secon Resort ” project in New Damietta City in Damietta Governorate with a total of 183 units.
He emphasized that the geographical diversity of the company’s projects reflects its expansion vision and strategy to strengthen its presence in various promising cities with growing demand, contributing to meeting the needs of different customer segments and enhancing its position as a leading real estate developer with an integrated project portfolio.
Despite the significant challenge posed by this diversification due to the spread of projects across different governorates and the resulting variation in operational, execution, and management requirements for each project, the company addresses this through an integrated operational system that ensures the maintenance of the highest standards of quality and efficiency across all its projects.
The CEO concluded his statements by stressing that the company’s role is not limited to developing and delivering units only, but extends to providing a comprehensive customer experience through post-delivery community management, ensuring the preservation of asset quality and improving the quality of life within the developments.
