After the success of its first two phases, Cornerstone Development is preparing to launch the third phase of its RED–Water Villas & Floating Gardens project in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, offering luxury units at competitive prices, Invest-Gate reports.
Ashraf Boulos, Chairman of Cornerstone Development, said the new phase will feature high-end penthouses with innovative designs in two models: single-level flats and duplex units. He noted that the company focused on smart layouts that follow the latest construction standards, maximize privacy, and provide expansive green and water spaces for a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
Boulos added that the units will be delivered 80% finished, a signature model of Cornerstone Development that allows faster occupancy and ensures strong investment returns.
The RED–Water Villas & Floating Gardens project spans 60 feddans, comprising 750 units of varying sizes and styles. Despite an allowed building ratio of 22%, Cornerstone chose to develop only 17% of the land, dedicating the rest to greenery, landscaping, and community services.
Cornerstone’s development philosophy emphasizes modern designs that meet global standards, balancing environmental sustainability with high investment value for residents.
The company is also preparing to begin handover of its flagship project, The Curve, in the New Capital by December 2025. Located in District R8 next to the Green River and close to Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, the airport, presidential palace, and ministries, The Curve includes four blocks with 15 buildings covering 100,000 sqm, offering a mix of apartments, duplexes, and spacious loft-style units.
