Emaar is offering their new properties that are located next to the Dubai Opera at costs ranging from $391,000 to $1.06 million, while penthouse prices are higher, Arabian Business reported.

The company recently announced its new residential scheme project Act one / Act Two in Downtown Dubai that consists of 718 apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, and penthouses that are located in 52-storey and 46-storey towers. The towers have a view of Burj Khalifa, Mohamed bin Rashid Boulevard, and the soon-to-be-completed Dubai Opera.

“One bedroom apartments cost AED 1.437 million , the two bedroom apartment cost AED 2.267 million, and the three bedroom apartment costs AED 3.913 million,” the company statement said.
