Counsel Masters signs two contracts with City Edge Development, on behalf of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for project management and operations, Invest-Gate reports.

The first contract includes the management and operation of the second phase of the Mamshah Ahl Masr project.

The second contract is an extension of an agreement for the management of North Square Mall in New Alamein City.

The second phase of the Mamshah Ahl Masr promenade consists of three sectors. The first sector connects Embaba Bridge to Rod El Farag Bridge, spanning 1.3 km with a total area of 917 sqm. The sector includes 5 buildings with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 723 sqm.

The second sector connects the 15^th of May Bridge to the 6^th of October Bridge. It includes 8 buildings with a total area of 1,500 sqm and a GLA of 875 sqm.

The third sector connects the 6^th October Bridge to Qasr El Nil Bridge. It comprises 5 buildings, including a floating restaurant with an area of 1,196 sqm. The sector has a GLA of 995 sqm.

Furthermore, North Square Mall starts operations in the Summer of 2022. It has a GLA of 86,000 sqm.

The mall includes commercial and cultural sites, alongside a restaurant and a parking space with a capacity to accommodate more than 3,200 cars. It also comprises a hotel with over 70 furnished rooms and a 6,000-meter shore.
