Counsel Masters has announced the opening of applications for commercial units in the second phase of Mamsha Ahl Misr, driven by increased demand from Egyptian and foreign investors, Invest-Gate reports.
The units include restaurants, cafes, kiosks, and tourist restaurants. Reservation applications will be accepted at Counsel Masters’ headquarters in Nile City Towers from January 8 to January 20, 2024.

The second phase aims to build on the success of the initial phase, enhancing the investment value of Ahl Misr Walkway, now recognized as a unique tourist and entertainment destination in Egypt.
